REC BASKETBALL
This league will allow kids to have fun, learn the game of basketball while gaining confidence on and off the court. Our main goal is the teach the fundamentals of basketball: dribbling, passing, shooting, and spacing during our games.
At Synergy Sports we want our athletes to love basketball, learn basketball and have fun playing basketball.
Why Choose Synergy Rec Basketball?
Our Synergy basketball coaches have been around the sport of basketball for the majority of their lives. They will teach age appropriate curriculum in their practices and teach them how to play the game during our scrimmages.
What are our Goals?
With each practice we will focus on 1-2 different objectives to make sure that each athlete is challenging himself or herself to be a better basketball player.
For example, in the K-1 group we will want them to learn “a bounce pass” or what certain parts of the court are when the coach gives instructions during the games.

Please note that you will need to create an account and pay the yearly Synergy waiver fee prior to registering for our Rec league. Synergy Waiver is due August 1 of every year.
What to Bring or Wear
- Athletic Clothing, Tennis Shoes or Basketball Shoes
- Water Bottle
- Practice Ball (K/1 25.5" and 2nd-4th 27.5")
- Game jerseys are available for purchase and will be handed out at the first game of the season.
