Synergy Sports Camps are designed to be non-stop, sports-specific camps that focus on advancing all levels of athletes who participate. Technical ball skills are used in all three sports of Soccer, Basketball and Volleyball as well as including our speed and agility (SAFT) training into each day.

Dates and Registration are below for each sport.

Soccer Camp

Registration Week 1 - June 19-23

Registration Week 2 - July 24-28

Registration Week 3 - July 31-August 4

Players of all ability levels, ages 7 and up can improve overall skills, work on ball techniques. After a week at Synergy Soccer camp, they will walk away with the tools needed to improve their overall game on the field. Players focus on ball control, improve their dribbling, gain confidence on shooting, accuracy of their passing and get a large number of touches through various drills and small-sided games.  Players also gain balance and coordination as well as strength and foot skills through SAFT training. Lunch is provided each day to all campers and they will receive a Synergy Sports Soccer Camp t-shirt. Registration required two weeks prior to camp starting.

Basketball Camp

Registration Week 1 - June 26-30

Synergy Sports Basketball Camp offers an opportunity for all athletes, regardless of ability level (2nd grade and up), to participate in an exciting week of basketball training and to learn or improve their fundamental basketball skill sets along with their passion for the sport. Our camp covers all aspects of the game: ball handling, shooting form, dribbling, footwork, defensive fundamentals, passing and speed and agility work (SAFT). Scrimmages and games will be used all week to teach players various aspects of the game. Lunch is provided each day to all campers and they will receive a Synergy Sports Basketball Camp t-shirt. Registration is required two weeks prior to camp starting.

Volleyball Camp

Registration Week 1 - June 19-23

Registration Week 2 - July 24-27 (evening)

Registration Week 3 - August 7-10 (evening - 7th & 8th Grade only)

Synergy Sports Volleyball Camp is an all-skills camp that will challenge, motivate and develop athletes at all skill levels 3rd grade and up. Players develop fundamental skills including serving, passing, setting and hitting. Each day, players will have the opportunity to encompass all the skills they learn or improve upon in game situations-- learning the importance of movement and team play. Camp is divided into two age brackets in order to allow for the equipment to be age appropriate (net height, ball weight, etc.). This is a fun way to either learn the sport or to continue to grow as a skilled volleyball player. Each camper will receive a Synergy Sports Volleyball Camp t-shirt. Registration is required two weeks prior to camp starting.

Our Synergy Sports staff is full of energy and enthusiasm ready to participate in games and activities with the campers everyday. Each counselor is selected based on their skill set, and they are all positive role models so parents can rest-assured that they are leaving their children in excellent hands while they are in our care.
