HOW OFTEN DO I PAY THE SYNERGY MEMBERSHIP FEE?
The Synergy Sports Membership and fee is only due once per year and each player needs to have their own waiver and pay the fee.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY
Synergy Sports does not offer a refund for our sports programs. You can receive a site credit to be used on another sports program or camps. If a refund is necessary following the first full week of the session, you will receive a 50% credit. After the first two full weeks of the session, you forfeit your session fee.
WHAT DOES MY SOCCER PLAYER NEED AT PRACTICE?
Your player will need indoor cleats for indoor soccer and outdoor cleats for outdoor soccer, shin guards, water bottle and their own ball if possible. They will be provided a Synergy Sports Academy practice jersey and game jersey.
WHEN DOES MY PLAYER PRACTICE AND PLAY GAMES?
We hold practices one week nights and play a game on the weekends. We offer several practice options but reserve the right to move/combine practice nights based on registration. All games will be played on Saturday's unless Synergy needs to move the games to Friday evenings or Sunday's for scheduling purposes. U9/U10 games will take place in mornings, U5/U6 games later morning torwards afternoon, U7/U8 games will be in the afternoons. U11 and up will be roughly later afternoon time frame.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE ACADEMY/REC LEAGUE?

HOW ARE ROSTERS DECIDED AND WHEN ARE THEY POSTED?
Rosters are made as players are assessed in their first week of practice. Schedules and rosters are posted the Thursday night before the first game, but will change during the season. Please check schedules the day before each game. Names will only be added to the roster once the registration fees are paid.
WHAT IF WE MISS A PRACTICE?
Plan to attend the practice time and day you register for. To ensure a proper coach-to-player ratio for our practices, we are unable to permit make-up classes or a change of practice days due to a missed class by the player. If you cannot make the practice that your player has chosen unfortunately you can not come to another practice that week. To keep the fees as low as possible, we will not be able to issue reimbursement for missed classes/games.
WHERE WILL PRACTICES BE?
The Soccer program will practice at the Synergy Sports Fields in Fall 1, Spring and Summer Sessions. For Fall 2, Winter and the Start of Spring practices will be at our Synergy Sports Facility.
During the winter months Synergy does its best not to cancel unless severe weather conditions arise. If you do not hear anything from us, you can assume practice or games are still on as planned. If a practice is canceled due to inclement weather, it will not be made-up. Synergy ensures you will also play 7 or your 8 games during the winter.
When we are in the months of April through October, all practices will be held outside weather permitting. We will send an email from firstname.lastname@example.org if we move practices inside. On the rosters page we note all game locations each Saturday morning by 8:00am. An email will also be sent out. On days of temperatures of 90 degrees and higher, we will shorten all practices to 45 minutes.
