Synergy Policies & Procedures
Synergy requires all sports participants and campers to pre-register. This can be done online. We reserve the right to move practice times or cancel camp at anytime due to low registration numbers.
Synergy Sports Membership Fee
Synergy requires all sports participants in our sports and campers to to have a current membership waiver. This can be done online and is an annual fee that is due September 1. The membership fee covers insurance, facility maintenance, field maintenance, etc.
Synergy Sports Refund Policy
Synergy Sports does not offer a refund for our sports programs. You can receive a site credit to be used on another sports program or camps. If a refund is necessary following the first full week of the session, you will receive a 50% credit. After the first two full weeks of the session, you forfeit your session fee.
Camp Refund Cancelation Policy
Synergy Sports does not offer a refund for our camp programs. You can receive a site credit to be used on another sports program or another camp. If a refund is necessary following the first day of a week long week, you will receive a 50% credit.
Synergy Sports Competitive Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your Synergy Sports registration prior to the first practice, you will receive a 100% refund. Once the season has started and tournaments have been entered, all fees will be forfeited. Synergy Sports does not refund to credit cards, but a refund will be issued either as credit towards another program or made by check.
Enrollment Class Size
We must have at least three or more participants per class in order to run a class for that session. If we have less than three participants, Synergy Sports reserves the right to move participants to another night.
If any class has three or more participants, but only two come to any class we will shorten the class by 15 minutes in duration.
If your athlete participates in multiple sessions, we provide a new jersey or jersey set every other session.
Missed Practice / Game Policy
To ensure a proper coach-to-player ratio for our practices, we are unable to permit make-up classes or a change of practice days due to a missed class by the player. If you cannot make the practice that your player has chosen, you unfortunately cannot come to another practice that week. To keep the fees as low as possible, we will not be able to issue reimbursement for missed classes/games.
We practice rain or shine. However, the player safety is our first priority. Decision on thunder and lightning will be made on a case-by-case basis. If the first practice of the evening is canceled, the entire evening is canceled.
Games will be called on a game-by-game basis. Updates will be posted on the website and a text will be sent out immediately. Please be sure that we have your correct cell phone number and contact information.
There will not be a make-up for practices that are canceled. Synergy Sports guarantees 7 of 8 games will be played in each session.
Synergy Camps emphasizes a safe and fun camp environment for all campers so behavior is essential to a good overall experience for everyone involved. Should a camper chose not to follow the rules set forth, the following steps will be taken to handle the situation:
- Verbal Warning
- Camper removed from the group for a period of time to redirect behavior
- Parent will be notified of behavior
If behavior continues camper will be asked to leave camp. Synergy Camps reserves the right to dismiss a camper without refund for any behavior that
- threatens or endangers the welfare and/or safety of a camper, instructor, or person involved in camp
- is any form of bullying to fellow campers or camp authority or has disrespectful behavior to camp authority
Synergy Payment Policy
Synergy accepts cash, check and credit card. If you use a credit card, there will be a $5 processing fee assessed with your fees.
