All personal training workouts are done one-on-one and set around a schedule that is agreed upon between you and your trainer.
Small Group Training:
As small groups are put together and formed, the days and times of the workouts will be set. Workouts can be early morning, during the day or in the evenings.
Set up one day or multiple days a week for your team to come in and train. Teams that train together outside of their athletic venue perform better together in their athletic venue. We will train your team during the season, preseason or in the off-season.
